Opens September 29th until Halloween night

Offers a snack bar, pony rides, a petting zoo, and a variety of games and rides. Also sells a variety of pumpkins, haystacks, corn stalks and gourds. Rides and activities

Trick or Trees
Opens Friday, September 29th until Halloween night
12345 Beach Blvd, Stanton
Activities include: bounce houses, inflatable slides, obstacle courses, a trackless train, and a section specially designed for little ones.

Whittier Pumpkin Patch
Opens October 1st until Halloween night
11760 Whittier Blvd, Whittier
Activities include: jumping zone, tractor town, pony rides, and a petting zoo.

The Pumpkin Factory
Opens Friday, October 6th until Halloween night
Operates 4 locations, including one at the Westminster Mall and the Santa Ana Mall
Activities include: petting zoo, pumpkins, inflatable rides & slides, kiddie rides, games, pony rides, face painting and more! The location at Live Oak Ranch has a u-pick area, sunflower fields, and farm animals in the petting zoo.

Irvine Park Railroad
Pumpkin patch opens September 16th until October 31st
1 Irvine Park Road, Orange
Train rides, bounce house, tractor races, panning for gold, ring tosses and more. Attend on September 23rd for the Great Pumpkin Weigh off. Arrive early to avoid traffic going into the regional park.

Frosty’s Forest and Pumpkin Patch
October 6th- October 31st, 2017

Aside from pumpkins, families can enjoy a petting zoo, gold mining, rat race obstacle course, slides and bounce houses, an arcade and much more!

Johnson Brothers Pumpkin Patch & Harvest Festival
Beginning Oct 1st 9 am to 9 pm until Halloween night
15500 Jeffrey Rd Irvine CA 92618, Irvine
Pumpkins of all shapes and size and many kid activities: slides, bouncers, kiddie rides and farm animals! Entrance into this pumpkin patch is free!

Tanaka Farms
Pumpkin patch opens September 29th until October 31st
5380 3/4 University Dr., Irvine
This working farm grows a variety of fruits and vegetables. Each fall, visitors are welcomed to pick pumpkins from the vine, go on tractor rides, and much more.

Shawn’s Pumpking Patch
Opens Friday, October 6th, 9am until Halloween night
Two locations in Los Angeles
Bounce houses, ponies, petting zoo, a ball house, train rides, obstacle courses, a straw maze, giant slides, kiddie rides, and face painting. This patch will also host birthday parties for your fall babies.

Pumpkin City’s Pumpkin Farm
Opens September 30th, 11am until Halloween night
24203 Avenida de la Carlota, Laguna Hills (main location) and 2190 E. Lincoln, Anaheim
Operates 3 locations. The main location, at Laguna Hills Mall, hosts the Rocky Mountain Mining Co. and Lucky Luke's Gem Stones. Kids can crack open geodes and more. They also offer a petting zoo, pony rides, and show by the Puppets and Players Little Theater. The Anaheim location does not offer all the attractions offered at the Laguna Hills location.


Pumpkin patches/festivals that are worth the drive

Calabasas Pumpkin Festival
October 21st and 22nd, 10am - 5pm
Lost Hills Road & Juan Bautista de Anza Park: 3701 Lost Hills Rd, Calabasas
It’s a drive, but Calabasas takes its namesake and throws a festival every year, in honor of the pumpkin. The festival features live bands, a dj dance zone, marketplace  vendors, delicious food & pumpkin treats, pumpkin beer,  pumpkin painting, professional pumpkin carving, inflatables & a giant slide, Halloween carnival games, reptiles & bug shows, contests, a Saturday morning costume parade plus car displays, bands, and a Business Expo. $5 admission, 2 and under free.

Underwood Family Farms Patch and Festivals
September 30th - October 31st
3370 Sunset Valley Road, Moorpark
This is a very popular pumpkin patch. Most weekends, the farm will also host various festivals, including Friends of the Farm Weekend, Farm Country Weekend, and Antique Tractor Weekend.

Fall Harvest Festival
September 30th - October 31st
15200 Rinaldi Street, Mission Hills, CA 91345
Each weekend, the patch turns into a festival, with live music, a petting zoo, corn maze, tractor rides, refreshments, and more.

Gilchrist Farms Patch and Festival
Opens September 30th, 9am until October 31st
30116 Bouquet Canyon Road, Saugus, CA 91390
During the week, kids can enjoy pony rides, wagon rides, straw bale maze, straw slide & petting zoo. On weekends, this patch hosts a festival, featuring Mule Drawn Wagon Rides, Pony Rides, Face Painting, Pumpkin Decorating, Fall Farm Crafts, Live Entertainment, Fundraiser Bake Sale (every weekend), Caramel Apples, Roasted Corn on the Cob, Food Trucks, Petting Zoo, Straw Slide, Pig Races, Chicken Splat Bingo, Pig Races, and FREE Goat Milking Demonstrations each Saturday and Sunday at 9AM.
