Snow Fest and Tree Lighting Ceremony

City of Norwalk transforms the City Hall Lawn into a Snow Fest California filled with snow slides, a snow play area, game booths, a holiday train ride, craft tents, face painting, and much more! The forecast calls for 20 tons of snow in Wilmington on December 5th! Bring the kids and teach them how to make a snowman - even if it's warm and sunny outside.
